Vive la France!
Wow. It looks like the Moose finally made it to France! Since the last two days more and more friends from 
Paris, Lille, Nice, Marseille and all those other lovely cities in our neighbour country are joining aka-aki. We say “Bienvenue” and are very happy about all the new people.
But how come? Well, maybe it has something to do with the article that was published by the French newspaper Le Monde last tuesday. You can read it here online. If that was the reason for it, it is another compliment for the French: they still do read newspapers. Great!
And there is even more good news. About our servers and the performance of the system. All servers are up again and the speed is fantastic at the moment. We hope it stays like that.

well.. i’m trying to promote aka-aki in Amsterdam (H) i have aka aki since two days or so and i’m allready adicted haha
It’s not just reading… There was a whole feature on aka-aki on France 2’s evening news yesterday (20h, 2009.04.27). That’s how I found out about it…

Any chance that stickers will become multi-lingual now, with the ability to assign various names in the corresponding language to the same sticker? Would be a great plus in my opinion, otherwise I fear a language-based ghettofication of aka-aki

don’t worry fabien! the French version is ready and been submitted to the app store already. just waiting for approval. with the next update aka-aki will be French on iPhone and iPod touch!

Well I joigned right after reading this article and though there isn’t much french members I hope there will be more and more in the coming months, I just regret the city of Lyon isn’t obviously in your database (yet ?).
